All services, jobs, projects, or any type of work that is provided by us, there will be a one time service fee charge, in the amount of $95.00, inside the Tri-Cities, TN area, that will be on every invoice written by: Epitome Property Solutions, for each individual job/project that's agreed to, at the time of payment process.
